Only a few farms and mostly open range land. One of my favorite chases. Down for about 25 minutes and could be seen for 25 miles away in good visibility and a high cloud base.

Best day ever. Heading back to Tornado Alley next month for a 3 week stint, feel free to like my page to see how a bunch of Kiwis get on a second time around!

Taken last year as a storm was transitioning into blue skies as the sun was setting. Our local hospital has asked me to hang this in large format in the Emergency Room private sitting room where families of trauma patients await the outcome of their loved one's initial treatment in the ER.

Dust devil, willy willy, whirlwind. These rotating dust clouds have many names in Australia. Dust devils form as a swirling updraft under sunny conditions during fair weather, rarely coming close to the intensity of a tornado. This was taken near Coonabarabran NSW 14/4/16.

Taken this morning in Comfort TX. I was sitting on my front porch drinking coffee and enjoying a little rain shower when this rainbow appeared before my eyes. God is Great!

Cumulonimbuses in cold polar mass, yesterday over Torun, Poland. The sky was full of Cbs with really "crazy" virgas and mamma.

It was a beautiful, unseasonal 26 degrees c here yesterday in Hobart. There are a few Forestry burns around our mountain which has made for some beautiful sunsets. This was taken from the causeway that runs between Hobart airport and my little town of Sorell.
