The color's started to change as the smoke from spot fires were sucked into the cloud with the inflow's. Made for an amazing view. I must have captured 30 like this and hundreds of smaller. An awesome night.

This severe warned cell in South East Queensland, Australia had an awesome stroke rate. Most of the bolts seen from my location were inter-cloud but it produced occasional clear air and positive bolts. Enjoy

That's why I live the Canadian Prairies. Boom 15mins from home, no chaser traffic and completely alone on the storm, which means capturing a storm on camera forever and having unique photography

In a very windy 5 degree windchill, I attempted astrophotography for the first time tonight. I have a long way to go, but man oh man have I found something fun to experiment with!!!

After a stinking hot day here in Casino, NSW a nice storm rolled in a couple of hours ago where I finally captured my first daytime bolt.
